• What is IBidOnYou.com?
  

IBidOnYou.com is a social networking website with a twist.  IBidOnYou.com sets up a credit system.  Credits are iBidOnYou's very own currency. Use our Credits for auction, bazaar purchase, loans. Through the credit system you have a chance to earn free gifts and super discounts from advertising sponsors while further connecting with current friends as well as making new connections. 

• How does the credit system work?
  

When you join IBidOnYou.com, you automatically receive 50 credits to get started in the credit system.  You can use these credits to start bidding on users (“Agents”) to start adding friends to your site. You can also put yourself “on auction” where other agents can bid on a friendship with you.  Whatever credits the winning bidder submits, those credits become yours!

Once you have friends who can view your entire profile, you can start adding advertisements to your pages.  You will gain 0.1 iBidOnyou credits for each click on an advertisement, up to five clicks by any one member a day. 

Better yet, when you get to a point where you have quite a few credits and quite a few friends, you will be able to apply to be a Lending Agent, which will allow you to lend credits at an interest rate to your friends. (Click Here for more information about the lending module)

• So credits are good.  How exactly do I get more?
  

By any of the following ways: 

1. Initial gift of 50.0 credits when you verify your email and log in to IBidOnYou.com for the first time.
2. Having other Agents bid on and win friendships with you.
3. Placing advertisements on your profile pages and having your Agents click on you. (0.1 credit per click).
4. Winning a prize from the Treasure Chest.
5. Loaning your credits to other users at an interest rate.
6. Purchasing credits through PayPal.com.

• Shouldn’t I wait until it’s as popular as MySpace and Facebook?
  

Sure – if you want to wait to start earning free gifts and making new friends.  The people who join earliest will be able to make more connections for lower bid rates.  Ever hear someone say “I wish I would have gotten into this earlier!”?  Don’t let that be you!

• You said I could win cool stuff.  How does that work?
  

IBidOnYou.com has an application called “The Treasure Chest.”  Every day a random Agent is chosen as the winner of that day’s prize.  These prizes can be credits, iBidOnYou Gifts or even products from our advertisers. You must log in on the day you are chosen as a winner.  Each Agent will only be able to claim their prize within 24 hours after IBidOnYou.com’s randomizer chooses them as a winner. 

• What kinds of ads are available for placement on my pages?
  

All kinds – the exact vendors will change regularly, but IBidOnYou.com is dedicated to maintaining a variety of advertisers to fit every kind of interest.  Be sure to check out your pages to make sure the links still work on a regular basis in the event a particular offer has expired.

There will be two categories of ads available to Agents over 18 years old.  One will allow only adult advertisements- tobacco, alcohol, etc.  One will allow only advertisements that are appropriate for all ages.  If you choose to post the adult content, you will not be allowed to make a connection with any Agent who is less than 18 years of age.

• How much control do I have over where these ads will appear on my pages?
  

Total control.  You will be able to choose which vendor’s advertisements to place as well as which page and where on that page to put each advertisement.  The advertisers can change without advanced notice; it will be your responsibility to monitor the links on your pages..

• Can’t my friends and I just click on each other’s ads over and over to run up our credit totals?
  

Yes and no.  You can click on each advertisement up to five times.  Any violors of iBidonYou terms and conditions will be terminated.

• Can I import stuff from my pages in MySpace and Facebook?  How about other networking sites?
  

Yes, of course.  All you need is your log in name or email and password. 

• How do loans work?
  

Loans are the best way to increase credits and eventually earn money.  As long as you play by the rules, you will be able to loan credits in as much as 50,000 credit increments. 

You will be able to loan any credits that you have earned through people bidding on friendship with you and winning, through clicks on your ads, and through other loans.  You will also have the ability to purchase additional credits for lending through Paypal.com.

After your application to become a lending agent is approved, an icon will appear on your page as well as in the information viewable to all users when they bid on a friendship with you.  Those who have won a bid on a friendship with you will be able to apply to borrow from you.  Once you and the potential borrower come to an agreement and you both agree to activate the loan, the credits will automatically transfer from your account to theirs. 

You will have tracking pages to monitor your active loans as well as review those already closed.

IMPORTANT:  The lending agent assumes all risk and responsibility in the loans.  IBidOnYou.com is in no way responsible for recovering any lost funds or credits.
